Returns & Refunds

We want your SERALUMI order to arrive as expected. Return requests are accepted within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Return eligibility

To be eligible for a standard return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with the original packaging and included accessories. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used personal styling tools may not be eligible for a change-of-mind return unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us through our Contact page as soon as possible and include your order number plus clear photos or video when helpful. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

How to request a return

Contact SERALUMI before sending anything back. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted. If a return is approved, we will provide the return instructions and destination.

Return shipping

For approved change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. If the item is confirmed to be defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect due to our error, we will provide an appropriate return or replacement solution.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected, when a return is required. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.

Non-returnable items

Gift cards, items marked final sale, and items that have been materially damaged through misuse or use outside the product instructions are not eligible for a standard return, except where required by law.
