These Terms of Service govern your use of the SERALUMI online store and purchases made through it. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms, subject to applicable law.

Online store use

You may use the store only for lawful purposes. You must not interfere with the store, misuse its content, attempt unauthorized access, or use the service in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

Product information

We aim to present product descriptions, specifications, colors, images, and pricing accurately. Screen displays can vary, and minor visual differences may occur. Product specifications may be updated when supplier or manufacturing information changes.

Electrical product use

Electrical hair tools must be used only with the voltage and plug configuration stated on the product listing and product labeling. Follow all product instructions and safety warnings. Do not use damaged electrical products or chargers.

Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may cancel or limit an order if a product is unavailable, if payment cannot be verified, if we identify suspected fraud, or if information in the order is materially incorrect. If we cancel a paid order, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Pricing and payment

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the store. Payment is collected through the payment methods available at checkout. Applicable taxes, discounts, and shipping charges are shown during checkout when available.

Shipping, returns, and refunds

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Intellectual property

SERALUMI branding, store design, product copy, graphics, and other original store content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws and may not be copied or used commercially without permission.

Third-party services

The store may use or link to third-party services such as Shopify, payment providers, shipping partners, analytics providers, or social platforms. Their services may be governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SERALUMI is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from misuse of products, use contrary to instructions, third-party service failures, or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
